Our courses are held in small groups throughout the year and at various locations around the country, giving you the time and opportunity to ask questions specific to your outlet. Each course runs for a full day with lunch included and a short multiple choice exam at the end.

This course is part of the Qualification and Credit Framework and is a Level 2 Award. Therefore all delegates are required to provide suitable identification on arrival. Failure to provide suitable identification will result in refusal to sit the examination, however they may partake in the day.
