Masses of hops are used in this fruity pale ale. Copper hops give robust bitterness and underlying resin taste. Citra and Centennial are added for citrus and tropical fruit flavour with Simcoe for even more citrus, pine resin and passion fruit. Yet more Citra, Centennial and Simcoe are added in the fermenter to increase the citrus and fruity fragrance. A good body and sweetness comes from the mix of three malts and this is balanced by a bold dry bitter linger.
